Obtained only from a selection of grapes of our production "Grechetto", “VOJOSO” is an example of local wine strongly linked to its area of production. Elegance, structure and personality are potentialities that this wonderful variety knows how to express, which are found, in their entirety, in the product.

The winemaking

The grapes are cooled at the time of harvest to preserve their aromatic profile. Immediately after, the cooled grapes are sent to soft pressing using the least amount of sulphites possible with a yield of 50% of flower must. The must is left to ferment at a temperature of 15 ° C. After fermentation, the process continues with a coarse racking, starting a long period of aging on the noble lees, in order to obtain a wine of great personality and complexity. The process ends a few days before bottling.

The Wine

The color is an intense straw yellow, fascinating and typical of the variety Grechetto. The aromas are complex with hints of smoke and a hint of honey. Important, fresh and voluminous in the mouth, delicately structured at the end.
